Shipping

Sign up for our newsletter to automatically receive free shipping within Canada. If you would prefer to pay for shipping, we will give you a variety of options based on delivery time and postal code. All packages are shipped with tracking through Canada Post.

Returns

For frame-only purchases, we will accept returns within 2 weeks granted they are in perfect condition. Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. Please contact neil@shoptogetheragain.com prior to shipping for any returns/exchanges.

Though extremely rare, if your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us to facilitate return shipping.

Questions

All prescription lenses are final sale as they are custom made. If you notice anything odd or have any questions about your frame or prescription lenses, please don't hesitate to let us know right away. The sooner we can address any concerns, the more solutions we have at our disposal!
