Regular Collection Frames

Manufacturer's defect: 1 year

Secondhand Frames

These frames do not include an extended manufacturer’s warranty. Each secondhand frame offers craftsmanship equal to the frames in our regular collection and have been carefully selected for quality and longevity. While built to last, coverage for these frames is limited to 30 days for lab-related complications.

Lenses

Manufacturer's defect: 2 years
Semi-rimless chipping: 1 year
Prescription change: 2 months
Design change: 2 months

Additional lens warranties may be available depending on the brand.

Adjustments

Most often, frames require a final fitting with slight adjustments to ensure a comfortable fit. Sometimes it's hard to know right away how you want your frames to fit. We are more than happy to offer complimentary adjustments at any time.

Repairs

We will assess the frame to determine whether or not we can perform a repair on site or off. New parts may need to be ordered and we will provide you with a quote before proceeding with any repair.

Questions

All prescription lenses are final sale as they are custom made. If you notice anything odd or have any questions about your frame or prescription lenses, please don't hesitate to let us know right away. The sooner we can address any concerns, the more solutions we have at our disposal!
